A wine extremely pleasant with a great drinkability and able to evolve nicely for a few years, has a fruity flavor profile with notes of spice in the background and a mouth vibrant, fresh and of great enjoyment, tannin pleasantly tasty.

Maceration of 35 days of which 20 are submerged cap fermentation and spontaneous malolactic. The wine mature 24 months in oak casks of 20/30 hl. Then refined in bottle for 12 months.
